I just tried these the other day and they are mm-mm-good. They don't have an overbearing wheat taste, even though they are super healthy.1 c. milk
1 c. uncooked whole wheat/spelt
whole almonds (as you wish)
Blend on highest speed for four or five minutes until batter is smooth.
Add:
2 eggs
2 T. butta
2 t. baking powder
2 T. honey
1/2 t. salt
Blend until smooth. Bake on hot griddle. Throw some raspberries or blueberries in if you like. OR if you are really cool - try this. I just saw it on a recipe online. Mix some raspberries, coconut and granola in with the batter. Mmmm.
