This is such a versatile recipe! It's so easy to substitute the raisin bran Fiber One for the honey clusters; used mixed dried fruit in place of the raisins; or multi-grain cheerios instead of honey nut. It has just enough sweetness to satisfy my sugar cravings! After making, I bag it into single-serving portions and keep a bag in my purse for a quick pick-me-up between meals and a GREAT snack for the kiddos after school or just 'whenever'!
